국내/해외에서 압력용기를 사용하기 위해서는 각 나라의 압력용기 검사기준에 따라 모두 인증을 받아야 합니다.

국내압력용기인증은 한국에너지공단, 산업안전보건공단, 한국가스공사에서 진행합니다.

해외압력용기인증은 ASME, CE, DOSH, PED, CRN, CSEL 등이 있습니다.

​

한국에서 사용하는 압력용기는 아래 기준에 따라 인증관청이 달라지게 됩니다.

​

KEA : 최고사용압력(MPa)과 내부 부피(m2)을 곱한 수가치가 0.004를초과하는 경우, 최고사용압력이 0.2MPa를 초과하는 기체를 그 안에 보유하는 용기

KGS : 35도씨에서의 압력 또는 설계압력이 액화가스인 경우는 0.2MPaG 이상, 압축가스인 경우는 1MPaG 이상인 압력용기

KOSHA : 설계압력 2Kg/cm2 이상인 압력용기

국내/해외에서 압력용기를 사용하려 한다면 검사대상에 해당이 되는지 확인 후 제작 전에 미리 준비를 하여야 합니다.

In order to use pressure vessels in Korea/foreign countries, all pressure vessels subject to each country's pressure vessel inspection must be certified.

​

The domestic pressure container certification is carried out by the KEA, KOSHA, KGS.

Overseas pressure container certification includes ASME (US), CE (Europe), DOSH (Asia), PED, CRN, CSEL, etc.

​

The pressure container used in Korea will vary according to the following criteria.

KEA: When the numerical value multiplied by the maximum use pressure (MPa) and the internal volume (m2) exceeds 0.004, a container with the maximum use pressure exceeding 0.2 MPa is stored in it

KGS: Pressure vessel with pressure or design pressure of at least 0.2 MPaG for liquefied gas and at least 1 MPaG for compressed gas

KOSHA: Pressure vessel with a design pressure of 2 kg/cm2 or higher

If you want to use a pressure container in Korea/overseas, you should check whether it is subject to inspection and prepare it before manufacturing.
